Direct access to XC trails in winter that also lead to a sandy beach on the Saco, rolling fields & several restaurants. the large cottage has many attributes and amenities The main level offers a grand foyer, guest living room, dining room with built in hutch, chef's eat in kitchen with commercial stove and outdoor deck, pantry, two refrigerators, a library with small den and 3 guest rooms.
the lower level has a great space we call the "gathering room" Large Fireplace, player piano, wet bar with small refrigerator, TV, games, puzzles, small bistro table and a walk out to a patio and hot tub. This level also has four guest rooms and a linen closet. On the upper level you'll find five guest rooms. Most of the floors throughout are hardwood.
the property is close to all major ski resorts You can also x-country ski or snow show from the back door, as the trail system to the Mt Washington Valley Ski Touring Center is easily accessible. In warmer months, you can take a stroll down the adjacent path to the open fields for breath taking views of the Ledges and Presidential Mountain range.
